Brave Face was a 2017 feature exhibition showcasing the exceptional lettering skills of the School's finest students.The branding message for the exhibition centred around creative courage. An exuberant and blousy wordmark was precisely hand drawn in pencil, then vectorised, to express this spirit of freedom and confidence which the exhibition wished to convey to exhibitors, the public and sponsors alike. A high contrast script reminiscent of the 1970's was the final solution to represent the voice of the whole exhibition, which was integrated with grid paper and red and blue colour way.
